Evidence-based approach
We use a well-researched therapeutic framework called Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), which has been proven across more than 1000 studies with a wide range of populations.
Community-led
We design each program centered on the lived experience, values and aspirations of the community. All our programs are locally initiated, co-created and owned by our extraordinary partners, who have a deep understanding of their contexts and systems.
Scalable programs
All programs are designed to last beyond our involvement, fostering systemic change and sustainable partnerships with government and civil society. This is achieved through active community participation, collaborative work with stakeholders, ‘train the trainer’ programs and more.

A deep-dive into our approach
1. Listening & needs assessment
We work with your organization and community to understand and define the problem you’re looking to address.
Through deep empathetic exploration, we delve deeply into participant needs and goals, fostering motivation and engagement. This includes initial needs assessments, focus groups, and interviews.
2. Program co-design & pilot
Using our findings and human-centered design, we co-create a pilot program centered on participants’ context, values and wellbeing needs.
Each subsequent year, we create clear goals for the partnership to help expand on the pilot and prepare for growth and accessibility. This often involves training or replication by ecosystem partners.
3. Locally-led implementation & capacity building
We support your teams by convening local like-minded leaders, the input of experts with relevant experience, and our own accompaniment and support.
As your impact grows, we help shape long-term strategies. This includes team development, revenue generation, securing grants, stakeholder training, and much more.
4. Impact measurement & learning
Each partnership is required to measure effectiveness and adapt as needed.
This involves approachable developmental and summative evaluation strategies to grasp the true impact of our efforts and refine the program according to our learnings.

Tailored support
We fine-tune our strategies, processes, and tools across partnerships, and customize our support and services to the participants’ needs.
Long-term focus
We leverage a multi-year time horizon for partnership growth, evaluation, refinement, and long-term impact.
